2017 Hours of Operation:
From May 6 through May 24 the Music Center will be open Thursday through Monday. 10 am - 5 pm.

From May 25 through October 29 the Music Center will be open daily from 10am - 5pm.

The Roots of American Music Museum Exhibit and Mid-Day Mountain Music are FREE and open to the public.

This 4 sister folk/Americana group left Alaska in 2007 and has performed over 2000 shows. Featuring exquisite harmonies, thought provoking lyrics, and sisterly melodies, the music of the Redhead Express takes you back to your roots in a way that feels fresh and new.

Kendra Walker (guitar), LaRae Walker (banjo), Alisa Walker (fiddle & mandolin), and

The Walker Brothers is a trio of brothers, originally from Alaska, and now hail from middle Tennessee. They spent the past seven years touring with their family and their sister’s band, performing at fairs, festivals, and arts centers across North America.
