$100 per person for admission to the reception

We can’t wait to see you for our concert with Steep Canyon Rangers on Saturday, August 17, at the Blue Ridge Music Center.

We are hosting a pre-show reception to raise funds for the new lighting system as well as other improvements to the amphitheater and plaza area.

 

Tickets to the reception are $100, which includes beer and wine as well as light hors d’oeuvres. Reception attendees will be allowed into the amphitheater at 5:00 p.m. to reserve your preferred spot.

This reception is open to those 21 and older. You must have a separate season pass or ticket to the concert to attend this event.

Reception tickets are limited so advance purchase is recommended.

Additional Information:

  • Ticket allows admission to the reception only – you must have a concert ticket or season pass to get into the concert.
  • You must be 21 or older to enter the reception area.
  • Your reception ticket includes hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine, and non-alcoholic beverages as well.

  • Allows one admission per concert to all of the concerts in the 2025 Deep Roots, Many Voices: Summer Outdoor Concert Series in the BRMC amphitheater, Saturday evenings Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Benefits for Passholders:

  • Early entry to amphitheater—passholders are admitted 15 minutes before regular ticket holders

Additional Season Pass Info:

  • You do not need to select which concerts to attend in advance—just show up!
  • A pass can only be used for one admission per concert, so you will need a pass or a ticket for each person in your party when attending a performance.
  • Can’t make it to all of the shows? You can share your pass with another music lover for the shows you are skipping! Simply tell them to present the pass at the entry gate.

  • Allows one admission per concert to any 7 of the concerts in the 2025 Deep Roots, Many Voices: Summer Outdoor Concert Series in the BRMC amphitheater, Saturday evenings Memorial Day through Labor Day.

  • Early entry to amphitheater—passholders are admitted 15 minutes before regular ticket holders

Additional Season Pass Info:

  • Not attending 7 shows? You can share your pass with another music lover for the concerts you are not attending! Simply tell them to present the pass at the entry gate.
